A licensed private employment agency in Kajang, Selangor, placing live-in domestic helpers with families and staff with businesses since 2021.
Who we are
Agensi Pekerjaan Sinaran Manpower Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in November 2021 and is licensed by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) under the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981.
Our main focus is supplying live-in foreign domestic helpers to Malaysian families. We match each household with a suitable helper and manage the permits, bonds and renewals, so families can hire with confidence and stay on the right side of the rules.
We also provide recruitment, staffing and workforce management for businesses across many industries. Whoever we work for, we measure our work by two things: our clients' satisfaction and the wellbeing and growth of the people we place.

Our Managing Director
Palu Karuppannan has more than 30 years of industry experience, including 20 years in senior management at American, Japanese, Korean and German multinational companies.
His responsibilities have covered supply chain, manufacturing operations, corporate planning, corporate communication, general purchasing, general affairs and human resources. A constant priority has been making the HR function work efficiently with careful cost control, so organisations can balance their employees' needs with the company's.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration. The network he built at senior management level in global corporations is one of the agency's strengths, and he leads Sinaran Manpower with a focus on lasting relationships with clients, employees and partners.
